Non-Destructive Testing Services

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

We inspect various welds, rollings, castings, and forgings, using ultrasonic flaw detectors and angular beam probes with different frequencies, in line with job specifications. Our reports adhere to international codes and standards.

Ultrasonic Thickness Examination (UT)

We use ultrasonic thickness measurement equipment to scan the wall thickness of ships, pressure vessels, steam boilers, storage tanks, pipelines, and more. We also locate and report any discontinuities.

Radiographic Test (RT)

We perform radiographic testing for all weld types, stainless steels, Gamma-Ray, castings, and non-ferrous metals. Our services include evaluation, reporting, and approval.

Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT)

We use magnetic yoke tools to detect near-surface and remote surface discontinuities in welds, forgings, castings, and ferrous materials. Our services include reporting, and we offer testing using both fluorescent and daylight-visible products, suitable for both dry and wet methods.”

Dye Penetrant Test (PT)

“Dye penetrant examinations are a commonly employed method to reveal surface fractures and other discontinuities in both non-porous materials, including non-ferrous and ferrous substances. This technique is frequently applied in forgings, automotive components, pressure vessels, marine maintenance, plant inspections, leak testing, and weld assessments.”

Visual Inspection (VI)

We conduct visual inspections of materials and welds during or after manufacturing to identify discontinuities. Our experienced inspectors are well-versed in design codes and welding procedures. They use tools such as weld gauges, inspection mirrors, feeler gauges, and temperature measuring devices. Inspection findings are documented.

Leak Testing (LT)

We conduct leakage tests on storage tanks, pressure vessels, and pipelines using vacuum, gas, or liquid systems. For atmospheric storage tank floors, we follow API standards and perform testing with a vacuum box, with results reported accordingly.

Positive Material Identification (PMI)

DALLE NOGARE & SACHS INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS expands its Non-Destructive Testing services with Positive Material Identification (PMI). Our on-site team utilizes advanced handheld X-Ray fluorescence (XRF) Spectrometers to accurately and non-destructively analyze material composition.

Heat Control and Processing

 DALLE NOGARE & SACHS INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS offers heat treatment services, including stress relief for welds and heat-affected zones. We use proven equipment both in workshops and on-site. Our operators follow procedures, and results, including charts, are meticulously recorded as per requirements.
